Another summer of Saturday skateboarding lessons is in the books!
Our intermediate skaters made some great progress, with so many of the kids getting down the big 5-foot ramp. Some needed a little help from yours truly, but they were getting it done!
Our buddy Dre went down the half-pipe roll-in for the first time, complete with some Spider-Man vibes at the end. Meanwhile, the advanced kids were starting to figure out rock and rolls on my little kicker.
We also got to know the Monterosso family this summer and discovered that they’re from the same part of Staten Island as my father. Small world!
